Operating Instructions
- Attach the massager to your body.
- Press the on/off switch for 3 seconds to start or stop the massager.
- The blue light indicates an automatic mode. The automatic mode will run a complete program of 22 automatic massage modes.
- The red light indicates a manual massage mode. Clicking will change manual massage mode settings. ( 22 different manual massage mode settings are available. )
- Adjust massage intensity by pressing the "+" or "-" key. ( 11 different massage intensity levels are available. )
- With the power on, press the heating key to start or stop heating. The yellow light indicates heating starts or stops
