Using the high temperature mica as an insulating material having a better anti-aging property, the heating pad effectively prevents the product surface cracking and enhances the mechanical strength, greatly extending the service life of the product. With a light weight and small thermal capacity, the fast heating rate and more precision temperature control can be achieved. The heating pad can be customized with different temperature areas, shapes and sizes on the same working surface per customer’s request for special requirements ( such as round, oval, cone and any irregular shapes )

The maximum length ( unlimited ) can be depending on your demand.
The minimum thickness is 0.4 mm ± 10%.
It is very fast and safe for the heating curve on the surface of the whole heating object with a construction of an ultra thin film heating element, tensile strength resistant and high temperature resistant, and also achieves an excellent heating result even in a severe environment. This product can complete the voltage resistant test of insulation, and can integrated with the metal mould with a better heating effect.
